The Bishops Manor and Palace
The Palace was destroyed at the end of the Civil War. It is where King Charles I was taken to meet the Scottish Commissioners for futile talks. Later he was taken to Kelham to be handed over to the Parliamentarians.
The Bishop's Palace
The ruined remains of the medieval Bishop's Palace stand to the south of Southwell Minster.
